I figured out that 54 kWh weighs 2.1319 / 100,000 Th of a gram which is 100% to 10% of battery in my Chevy Bolt. This is of course easier to transmit over wires than gasoline is to transport by truck, pipeline, rail, or ship.

#31. We picked up our tag at Bravo in Las Cruces and then we drove to Deming, NM to check out the Electrify America charging point at the Walmart there. After trying three separate DC Fast Chargers each of them would not get past the communications protocol when they shut off and said they were fully charged. This reset my dash read out of course. We were on the phone with a tech who rebooted the machines to no effect. We drove home on Hwy 26 after having traveled to Deming via I-10. I had to add two screens together to get the totals.
