The vehicle that really sparked my desire to focus on vehicle efficiency. I drove gently in my VW Passat that I owned before it, but I wasn't too interested in anything extreme. The Insight is the vehicle that taught me how to cope with people honking and giving me the finger for hypermiling. It is still in the family and going strong, though I no longer drive it.
