Current Mods: Running 36psi as recommended. Basically the truck is mechanically new or refreshed. I am getting 20mpg. with a combined city and highway (65+mph) without trying to hyper mileage.

Planned Mods: Looking for some suggestions. I'm going to try to hyper mileage for a week and see what the difference is. My route to work and home is 38 miles one way and there are plenty of crazy drivers.
